At the bottom is a video that will help you reduce anxiety using EFT. EFT stands for ‘Emotional Freedom Technique’. It’s a simple technique that we all can use to reduce daily negative emotion such as anxiety, stress or anger.
4 steps of EFT processing:
- Check what you are feeling, e.g. anxiety
- Notice where in the body do you feel this negative emotion, e.g. chest
- Simply tune in with these negative emotions and tap using tips of your fingers
- And finally, acknowledge these negative emotions – good or bad non-judgmentally – until the charge is reduced
