4 steps to reducing anxiety using EFT

At the bottom is a video that will help you reduce anxiety using EFT. EFT stands for ‘Emotional Freedom Technique’. It’s a simple technique that we all can use to reduce daily negative emotion such as anxiety, stress or anger.


4 steps of EFT processing:

  1. Check what you are feeling, e.g. anxiety
  2. Notice where in the body do you feel this negative emotion, e.g. chest
  3. Simply tune in with these negative emotions and tap using tips of your fingers
  4. And finally, acknowledge these negative emotions – good or bad non-judgmentally – until the charge is reduced
