Karuna had been a Buddhist monk for over 15 years perfecting the art of mindfulness and meditation in Asia. He holds a MA in Buddhist Studies from SOAS, University of London. He serves as an Interfaith Chaplain to the Imperial College London and Royal College of Arts where he teaches meditation to students and staff to have some calm in life. Nitima is a holistic counsellor by profession and has been practising Buddhist meditation for over a decade.
