Holistic Counselling approaches disorders as parts of a greater whole. Rather than treating just the symptoms, a holistic practitioner looks deeper and tries to uncover underlying causes, the interconnectedness of the body and mind to help facilitate wellness.

All sessions are individually tailored towards the needs of the client.
