The BETTER ME Programme

Did you know you can take charge of your life? No matter what you went through in the past or what your future holds, it is never too late to upgrade your life. We upgrade our phones and computers every year; we must do the same with our mind because most of us are running in the old habitual patterns that are outdated. In this workshop, Nitima will guide you thorugh a compassionate approach in a systematic way to help you let go and install new beliefs.  As a result you will have better relationship with yourself so you can move forward in life with resilience.

How it works

We meet once a week online via secure web conference. As soon as you sign up, you will receive an email with all login details and what to do. You will be given access to my restricted contents and also group to interact. I will make sure you are well cared for the duration of the workshop.

I will be doing the processes with you once a week for 8 weeks, recognising any resistance and working through them. Resistance shows up in different forms and you may not notice them. You will notice resistance showing up during certain process e.g. when you say: ‘I love and appreciate myself’. If this feels strange and uncomfortable, then that is an indication of ‘not wanting to change’. That is a resistance. It may not be in your vocabulary to be gentle and loving towards yourself and that’s what you will be learning here: release the old non beneficial patterns and adapting new ones that are conducive for your well-being.

The guided audio recordings come with introduction to the week, theme of the week and creative fun processes. At the end of the recording, I will be setting you a task which you require to do over the week before the following week. The weekly recording varies from 30 minutes to 90 minutes, so please ensure you keep that time to a side. Please ensure you set aside 90 minutes time and space where you will not be distracted. It’s an opportunity for you to be with you, because normally you may not make time for yourself.

You will learn to discover the core of who you are and start building better relationship with yourself each step of the way.

Facilitator

Nitima is a Holistic Counsellor. She also holds diploma in advanced Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy. She is an EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique/Energy psychology) and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) practitioner. She has been facilitating group therapy, mindfulness classes and private sessions for adults since 2011. Nitima currently teaches mindfulness to students and staff at Royal College of Arts and Imperial College London.
