Only one room left. You can now reserve a room, stay indoors or camp onsite. We know the weather can get cold later in October and we want to make sure everyone is comfortable. With covid precautions taken, we want to make this retreat as safe and enjoyable as possible.

There are many benefits to attending retreats, but one benefit that stands out for us is to be able to reset the mind and body. It allows you to have time for yourself, see life with a new pair of eyes and discover new ways to focus on things important to you.

The kindfulness retreat offers a chance to reconnect with your true self and be more resilient for the winter ahead. With a mix of meditations, creative workshops, teachings and mindful walks in nature, let your mind and body reset and receive the vitality that they deserve. Most of the workshops and teachings will be indoors in warm and comfortable place.  With exotic food prepared by authentic Nepalese chefs, you will be nourished with healthy meals. Come with an open mind and be part of our mission to live more compassionately.

Creative workshops

Who you are today is a result of your past and if there is something holding you back from living your life to the fullest then we need to let go of unhelpful patterns from the past. In this retreat, Nitima Priya will guide you through letting go of your past through creative workshops working with your conscious and unconscious mind. She has a unique and energetic way of working with people where you will feel safe, held and not judged. If you are open and willing, she will help you discover yourself.

Authentic Buddhist Mindfulness & Philosophy

Balancing the body and mind is an integral part of being mindful and achieving happiness in daily life. In Buddhist mindfulness, balance is reached by cultivating a state of ‘calmness’ and gaining ‘insight’ into things as they really are.

In this retreat, Karuna Priya will share his wisdom on the importance of cultivating mindfulness in daily life and the values of kindness and compassion to lead a happier and fulfilling life at home and work.
