These sessions are held last Saturday of each month, 9:30-11 am UK time via Zoom online and in-person to support continuity and build a deeper meditation practice. A wonderful opportunity to top up your experience with Akanista teaching faculty and also meet other like-minded inviduals. At the moment, these sessions are taking place online. Watch out for dates when we get together in person too.
Applications are reviewed by a member of the team, to ensure authenticity. These meetings are kept close to offer a more personalised experience.
