“Really comfortable, dynamic and life-changing retreat! It really brought the group together, created a family atmosphere, and really brought new ways of looking at old, reacting issues.  Most importantly, their kindness was real – and I really think this has made much of a difference to my life. Definitely the best retreat I have had in my life!”

– Elizabeth, Intercultural Services Manager

“A couple of years ago I went on a retreat with Akanista and it has literally changed my life! I was at an all-time low, stressed, sad, angry and needed a way to cope without medication… My dad picked me up from the airport a week later saying “You look 10 years younger!”

Maddy, Healthy Lifestyle Coach

“I would encourage anybody who is going through stuff in their lives to come to this retreat to find peace of mind and connect with their being and bloom like a flower.”

Michael, English former professional footballer

What are the differences in 2/4/6 night stays?

Great question! The difference lies in the duration of your stay and the timing. The longer you can stay and immerse yourself in our retreat, the more profound the healing results, as it allows your mind and body to fully settle into the experience. We understand that family and work commitments may limit your time, but even a shorter stay can provide relaxation and mental refreshment.

Our programs are designed to progress from day one, starting with gentle and beginner-friendly meditations, yoga sessions, and life coaching. Interestingly, most attendees initially plan for a shorter stay but often end up extending their time with us because they find themselves going deeper into the experience and loving it. We have unwavering faith in your journey and offer support at every step.

Our commitment doesn’t stop at a single retreat; many attendees return for our in-person courses or future retreats. We’re more than just a group of individuals – we’re a close-knit family, caring for each other. That’s what sets us apart.
