Overview

Join us for a nurturing and immersive day retreat designed to gently guide you back to the quiet wisdom within. The Heart of Stillness is an invitation to pause, soften, and reconnect with yourself, your body, and a like-minded community. Through a carefully curated blend of mindfulness practices, sound healing, movement, and compassionate dialogue, you will create space for deep rest and renewal.

This retreat is ideal for those seeking:

Relief from stress, burnout, or emotional fatigue

A deeper connection with self-compassion and inner rest

Tools to integrate mindfulness into daily life

A soul-nourishing break that blends stillness with connection

What Makes This Retreat Special

Self-Compassion in Uncertain Times:
We will explore the theme of compassion not just as a concept, but as a daily practice of courage. How do we stay open, tender, and kind when life feels overwhelming?

Sound Healing Journey:
A live sound bath with crystal bowls and gongs will offer deep rest and vibrational release. Let the sound carry you to a space where your mind and body can unwind completely.

Mindful Movement & Embodied Awareness:
Gentle yoga and guided movement will help bring presence into your body. No experience is needed — just a willingness to listen inward.

Practical Tools for Daily Integration:
Leave with real-world mindfulness tools: breathing techniques, micro-practices for stressful moments, and journal prompts you can use anytime.

Shared Reflection & Community Connection:
This retreat includes opportunities to be seen and heard in a safe, respectful space. Whether through sharing circles or quiet connection, we practice together.
