Have you often been confused with your identity and beliefs and unsure on what you value most? Are you someone who is sensitive to external stimuli, and often change your values and what you want in life? This course will serve as a guide to answering some of your philosophical questions and explore new and meaningful relationships with yourself and others. The course is suitable for someone who has some experience of Buddhism, meditation and wants to learn about the fundamentals of Buddhist philosophy, and how it can relate with modern day living.
Learn the art of meditation for peace, emotional understanding and happiness. Mindfulness is a simple, practical and self-empowering way for you to improve your health, resolve relationship conflicts and enable yourself to discard limiting beliefs that are holding you back. Mindfulness has been shown to reduce anxiety levels by 58% and stress by 40% (Krusche et al, 2013, Oxford University).
Led by Karuna Priya, a former Buddhist monk and Chaplain to Imperial College London, and Nitima Priya, a Holistic Counsellor and Head of Education at Akanista Mindfulness.
