HOW TO BEGIN
The Akanista Online Library below contains mindfulness meditations for level 1 beginner to level 4 advanced practitioners. To gain the full benefits of these meditations, we recommend that you start at level 1 and work through each level in turn, week by week. Each meditation should be practiced for a whole week before moving on to the next.
If you find that you are in a situation where you need quick help with a particular issue in your life eg. anxiety, you can use the short meditations and singles. Once you feel that you have your issue has become manageable, you can continue to work through your levels as described above.
We also have added a ‘stories‘ feature for you to learn and relate to these ancient wisdom.
