HOW TO BEGIN
The Akanista Online Library below contains mindfulness meditations for level 1 beginner to level 4 advanced practitioners. To gain the full benefits of these meditations, we recommend that you start at level 1 and work through each level in turn, week by week. Each meditation should be practiced for a whole week before moving on to the next.
If you find that you are in a situation where you need help with a particular issue in your life eg. depression, you can use the learning pathways tags below to select meditations specifically for those issues. Once you feel that you have your issue has become manageable, you can continue to work through your levels as described above.
