The Mindfulness Meditation and Yin Yoga classes are designed to be beginner-friendly.
Which sessions are suitable for those with experience?
Our Buddhist Meditation and Hatha Yoga sessions are open to everyone, but we recommend them for those with some prior experience, as they include elements of philosophy and shared reflections.
What happens if I miss a session?
Our sessions run weekly, so if you miss one, you can simply join the next. You’ll have the flexibility to attend at a time that suits you, with additional support available through our mobile app if you can’t make it online.
Do you offer refunds?
Our sessions are non-refundable. However, with our monthly membership, you can cancel at any time.
