ACCOMMODATION

The venue is set within historic Cleeve House, within the pretty village of Seend, Wiltshire. Built in 1857 it feels more like a monastery than a family home which it was until 2005. It has been completely refurbished and now boasts 9 comfortable, en-suite rooms, an impressive dining area and a beautiful hall. The estate has six acres to roam with an extensive field, an ornamental cherry tree garden, two paved terraces and a large private wood with rare and beautiful trees!

AUTHENTIC BUDDHIST MEDITATION, ENERGY PSYCHOLOGY AND NATURE CENTRED YOGA RETREAT PROGRAMME

We are constantly in search of happiness, but often not sure where to find it. We get carried away by habits such as emotional eating, drinking, depleting relationships or lifestyles – only to be disappointed before we seek the next goal. “Happiness is an inside job” says William Arthur Ward. We don’t pause to see what’s really happening within us and what are our potentials in life to be happy or fulfilled. We are conditioned to see and think about ourselves in a certain way, but you are way more than what you think you are.

In this retreat, the guides will help create a loving and safe space around you, so you can be yourself, learn from like-minded individuals, grow and be inspired, so you can move forward in life.

Louise Neicho

Experienced Yoga Teacher (RYT500)

Louise holds a 500hour yoga teacher training diploma and will share her practice of yoga, weaving aspects of hatha, ashtangavinyasa and yin yoga. Her yoga teaching also draws upon many years of journeying inwards through yoga, spending time in silent retreat with nature and using the ever changing seasons to accept the constant fluctuations of the inner and outer world.

In this retreat, the practices will include working with asana (postures), pranayama (breath work), and meditation (stillness). The retreat is open to experienced practitioners, as well as those with little experience or prior interests in yoga, as all practices are adjustable to meet all abilities. Yoga is not about what you can or can’t ‘do’… but about meeting yourself as you are.
