Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga classes are designed to support meditation and flexibility. This beginner’s Hatha Yoga class is led by Karuna and involves gentle, mindful asana movements, breathwork, and occasionally mantras. Relaxing music will play in the background. You are welcome to join! Please wear comfortable clothing.

Mindfulness Meditation
Learn the art of meditation for peace, emotional understanding and happiness. Mindfulness is a simple, practical and self-empowering way for you to improve your health, resolve relationship conflicts and enable yourself to discard limiting beliefs that are holding you back.
