HIGHLIGHTS
All of life is part of a cycle and during this retreat we will recognise and honour this important time of the year where we have the opportunity to acknowledge new beginnings in the midst of endings. Nature is getting ready to let go and move into a time of rest and renewal. Can we follow her wisdom and accept this period of release to turn inwards, to nurture new dreams and new seeds of intentions?
Autumn is not a time for action, but a time to drift, to dream, to vision and remember. It is a time for meditation and welcoming inner stillness, for long term plans and for nourishing our spirit. During this retreat as we begin to head into the darkness of winter, we will share with you ways to welcome this darker time of the year and see it as an opportunity for a new start, having released away anything you no longer need.
Allow yourself to be held in a safe space to explore the wisdoms of the body, mind and Mother Nature to create greater calm, freedom and lasting happiness.
Really comfortable, dynamic and life-changing retreat! It really brought the group together, created a family atmosphere and really brought new ways of looking at old issues. Definitely the best retreat I have had in my life.

YOUR HOST FOR THE WEEKEND TELL YOU MORE ABOUT WHAT THEY’LL BE OFFERING OVER THIS SPECIAL WEEKEND:
Karuna Priya
The body and mind are interrelated. When you experience pain in your body, you would automatically experience pain in the mind. When you experience pain in your mind, the pain gets to manifest itself physically.
Balancing the body and mind is an integral part of being mindful and achieving happiness in daily life. In Buddhist mindfulness, balance is reached by cultivating a state of ‘calmness’ and gaining ‘insight’ into seeing things as they really are.
Karuna had been a Buddhist monk for 15 years in Sri Lanka and Thailand and holds a Masters Degree in Buddhist Studies from SOAS, University of London. He currently serves as an interfaith chaplain to Imperial College London and Royal College of Arts.
In this weekend retreat, Karuna will share his wisdom on importance of cultivating mindfulness in daily life and the values of kindness and compassion to lead a happier and fulfilling life at home and work.
Louise Neicho
Many of us have become fragmented and disconnected from what once was inherent; our original, sacred essence and relationship with the Earth as the Mother from which all life is born.Through our yoga practice we can reawaken the body’s own intelligence and innate healing abilities, encouraging the natural unfolding of healthy posture, a fluid, supple body, expansion of breath, and the opening of the heart to touch the soul and reconnect with our true self.
Louise holds a 500hour yoga teacher training diploma and will share her practice of yoga, weaving aspects of hatha, ashtangavinyasa and yin yoga. Her yoga teaching also draws upon many years of journeying inwards through yoga, spending time in silent retreat with nature and using the ever changing seasons to accept the constant fluctuations of the inner and outer world.
The practices will include working with asana (postures), pranayama (breath work), and meditation (stillness). The retreat is open to experienced practitioners, as well as those with little experience or prior interests in yoga, as all practices are adjustable to meet all abilities. Yoga is not about what you can or can’t ‘do’… but about meeting yourself as you are.
Nitima Priya
Nitima is a Holistic Counsellor. She also holds diploma in advanced Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy. She has been facilitating group therapy, Mindfulness sessions for corporate, private, for adults and children since 2011. Nitima currently teaches Mindfulness meditation and life coaching at Imperial College London and Royal College of Arts.
Who you are today is a result of your past and if there is something holding you back from living your life to the full then we need to let go of unhelpful patterns from the past. In this retreat Nitima will guide you through letting go of your past through creative workshops working with your conscious and unconscious mind. She has unique and energetic way of working with people where you will feel safe, held and non-judgemental. She will help you to discover yourself should be open and allow.
