The retreat aims to balance your whole self through mind, body and spirit. A combination of authentic meditation and holistic therapies such as Energy Healing, Emotional Freedom Tapping techniques, morning & evening yoga, afternoon hiking & trail walks in the Pyrenees (depending on fitness levels) allow you to relax, unwind, find your true self and a peaceful inner happiness. These retreats are especially nurturing and really take care of each individual guest. A focus on your mental wellbeing as well as your physical wellbeing will allow you to be your best self.

Gomde Pyrénées is an international Buddhist retreat centre under the guidance of Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche. The property is covered with fields of grass, oak, beech, fruit and chestnut trees. This blessed land, with its blue sky canopy and pristine air, is bathed nearly 300 days a year in sunshine.

You will be served good vegetarian food throughout the retreat.
For allergies, if you are vegan or gluten-free please inform us immediately as there are no shops around and food need to be sourced in advance.

The nearest airports are Perpignan (France) and Girona (Spain).
(For extra night, please note charges will be applied).
We advise you to book the flights soonest possible, you can use Ryanair. You can get flights from under £50 return.
For the airport transfer a car will be available to pick and drop: From Perpignan € 20 or Girona €50 to the retreat venue single way per person
30% non refundable deposit must be paid on the booking
You are to make the remaining payment in full 30 days before your retreat
We can accept cash payments at the end of our meditation sessions in Central London or if preferred you can pay by bank transfer

We reserve the right to cancel the retreat up to a month before its date, and if so you will be fully refunded for your deposit or fee
If you wish to stay extra nights a fee of £35 per night accommodation only will be applied or £50 per including meals
