It has taken years to build stress into people’s lives. The negative effects of stress not only influence your sense of emotional fulfillment but your immune system, circulation, hormones and breathing. We teach people to protect themselves from the effects of stress and information. Mindfulness has been scientifically proven to assist in releasing stress and anxiety which allows those who practise it to live a calmer, happier life.
