[fitness_divider height="15"] The course is a systematic approach to Mindfulness Meditation developed from the early Buddhist discourses on Four Foundations of Mindfulness. It has been developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn of University of Massachusetts Medical School and Dr. Mark Williams of Oxford University with MBSR (Mindfulness based stress reduction) and MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy).
